Our hearts reach out to Ghana following the disasters which have rocked the country. Firstly it was heavy floods which swept through the capital, Accra -making residents to stay indoors to avoid being carried away as shown in the pictures. For some in Accra, no work, no outing, no outside activities due to the flood caused by heavy downpour.
Then on Wednesday night came the highest tragedy, as the flooding in Accra swept stored fuel into a nearby fire, setting off a huge explosion at a gas station that killed 73 people and set alight neighboring buildings.
